Interpretation:

The above chi Square test is done to find the association between Attrition with other categorical variables and hence we are finding that which the categorical variables which are affecting Attrition are. On the basis of p value we will drop down the variables which are having p values greater than 0.05. The values which are highlighted with pink colour are the variables which are drop down from the data.
