CONCLUSION

These analysis of Attrition can be very effective from the HR prospective .These analysis enables the HR to understand which of his employees are more likely to leave the company given various information about the employees. Since Attrition is always a challenging issue for HR being able to assess the Attrition is definitely an important task to do. From these information they can analyse which of the employee should be retained and how should they retained them. For example an employee having high skill set and high performance should be retained and also all this information will be enable the HR to analyse the factor that might be a cause of Attrition. The survival function gives a very useful information of likelihoodness of an employer staying in a company for that particular year given the information that the employee has already worked for a given length of time. The employees who were having less probability or chances of leaving the company can be retained by giving them hike or giving them promotion based on the past performance of the employees in the company.


For Example: Suppose an employee had already worked 3 years in the company and the HR wants to understand how likely is he going to survive past these year then he can just take a look at value of survival function S(t)=3 and understand the employers probability of surviving past that 3 year which in our case is 76%.
