Interpretation:

From the above Kaplan Mayer survival Probability graph of the employees we can see that when the time was between 0 to 10 the survival probability of the employees has a steeper curve but as the times increases the curve becomes flatter as with the increase in time the probability gets reduces. we can also see that there was a high fall in the survival probability of the employee when time was between 3 to 5.On the other hand we can see that there was a slowly decrease in the survival probability of the employee where the time was between 10 to 25 Years at company. We can also find the stability in the Survival probability of the employees as the time increase from 20 to 3.
