Interpretation:

The above t test table is used for finding out the factors or variables which are affecting Attrition. In the above table we can see that the variables which are having the p value less than 0.05 are affecting the variable Attrition and on the other hand the variables which are having the p value greater than 0.05 coded in pink colour are not significant and hence its being dropped from the dataset. Here we are removing the variables which are having the p value greater than 0.05 .dropping down of these unnecessary variables will make the data more accurate for prediction.
